Description

General part information

BU4845 Series

ROHM's low voltage standard CMOS reset ICs feature low current consumption and high precision. The extensive lineup includes both Nch Open Drain and CMOS output types in a wide range of detection voltages (from 0.9V to 4.8V, in 0.1V steps), enabling selection of the ideal solution based on customer requirements. In addition, the entire series is of course both lead-free and RoHS-compliant.·Broad lineup available in different detection voltages : 0.9V to 4.8V (0.1V increments)·High detection voltage accuracy : ±1%·Ultra-low current consumption
