NLX2G66 Series

The NLX2G66 is a dual single pole, single throw (SPST) analog switch / digital multiplexer. This single supply voltage IC is designed with a sub-micron CMOS technology to provide low propagation delays (tpd) and ON resistance (RON), while maintaining low power dissipation. This bi-lateral switch can be used with either analog or digital signals that may vary across the full power supply range from VCC to GND.
