This 80V OptiMOS™ power MOSFET (IPA052N08NM5S) is made to meet the requirements for improved system efficiency while at the same time reducing system cost. Offering low RDS(on)of 5.2mOhm, Infineon’s TO-220 FullPAK package portfolio extension of MOSFETs features increased power density as well as improved efficiency.
