CIPOS™ Mini600 V, 20 A two-phase asymmetric TRENCHSTOP™IGBTbasedintelligent power modulein DIP 36x21D package. It is designed to control two phase switched reluctanct motors in variable speed drives for the applications and provides excellent thermal conduction and electrical isolation based on DCB substrate.
