FSL4110LR Series
The FSL4110LR is an integrated pulse width modulation (PWM) controller and 1000 V avalanche rugged SenseFET specifically designed for high input voltage offline Switching Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal external components. VCCcan be supplied through integrated high-voltage power regulator without auxiliary bias winding.The integrated PWM controller includes a fixed-frequency oscillator, Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO), Leading-Edge Blanking (LEB), optimized gate driver, soft-start, temperature-compensatedprecise current sources for loop-compensation, and variable protection circuitry.Compared with a discrete MOSFET and PWM controller solution, the FSL4110LR reduces total cost, component count, PCB size, and weight; while simultaneously increasing efficiency, productivity, and system reliability. This device provides a basic platform for cost-effective design of a flyback converter.
