This product guarantees long life cycle in Industrial market. BD9E301UEFJ-LB is a synchronous buck switching regulator with built-in power MOSFETs. It is capable of an output current of up to 2.5A. It is a current mode control DC/DC converter and features high-speed transient response. Phase compensation can also be set easily.BD9E301UEFJ-LB is also available as a small reel product with 250 packages.→BD9E301UEFJ-LBH2This IC uses different production line against series model BD9E301EFJ-LB for the purpose of improving production efficiency.
