NL17SV32 Series

The NL17SV32 is a 2 input OR gate manufactured in 0.35 micron CMOS technology with excellent performance when operating voltage is down to 1.0 volts. This device is ideal for extremely high-speed and high drive applications. The very small SOT-553 is only 1.6 X 1.6 mm, and this device can fit into most tight spaces.
