General part information

NCP177 Series

The NCP177 is a Very Low Dropout Regulator which provides up to 0.5 A of load current and maintains excellent output voltage accuracy of 0.8% at 25degC. The operating input voltage range from 1.6 V up to 5.5 V makes this device suitable for Li−ion battery powered products as well as post−regulation applications. The product is available in several fixed output voltage option and others are possible on request in range from 0.7 V to 3.6 V. NCP177 is fully protected against overheating and output short circuit. ENABLE function. Small 4−pin XDFN4 1.0 mm x 1.0 mm package makes the device especially suitable for space constrained applications.
