General part information

NCV47411 Series

The NCV47411 is a dual integrated low dropout regulator with100 mA per channel designed for use in harsh automotiveenvironments. It includes wide operating temperature and inputvoltage ranges. The device is offered with adjustable voltage versionavailable in 3% output voltage accuracy. It has a high peak inputvoltage tolerance and reverse input voltage protection. It also providesovercurrent protection, overtemperature protection and enable forcontrol of the state of the output voltage of each channel. Theintegrated current sense feature provides diagnosis and systemprotection functionality. The current limit of the device is adjustableby resistor connected to CSO pin for each channel. CSO pin outputcurrent creates voltage drop across CSO resistor which is proportionalto output current of each channel.
