REFICL5102 Series

This PFC+LCC LED driver board is designed to demonstrate the superior performance ofICL5102HV, which is a LED controller IC for lighting application up to 480VAC. It has superior THD performance of <10% at 30% load. Infineon’s coreless transformer technology is utilized for a real high frequency and rugged MOSFET drive. The PFC + LCC/LLC controller and driver are integrated in one package, allowing for a reduced number of components and cost savings. ICL5102HV is also equipped with rich protection features. The designed board has an input voltage of : 277~ 528VAC. The and LED voltage ranges from : 17 to ~48V with LED current between 3A and 30mA. The LCC frequency ranges from 40kHz to 130kHz. The efficiency is >92% at full load. The THD performance complies with EN 61000-3-2 Cclass C and EMI follows EN 55015. List of components:
