AXGD Series XTREME-GUARDTM Electrostatic Discharge Suppressor device is an auto grade polymer ESD protection device. It protects sensitive electronic devices against ESD - from 8kV up to extreme condition as high as 30kV Contact/Air Discharge. It is suitable for high voltage rating applications up to 32VDC and its extremely low capacitance ensures the compatibility of high speed data line application. The AXGD Series is an AEC-Q200 qualified device, ideal for automotive applications such as infotainment, automotive antenna, RF antenna system, and mid to high end electronic products.
