BU97501KV Series

BU97501KV is a 1/4 or 1/3 duty general-purpose LCD driver that can be used for consumer / battery operated products and can drive up to 204 LCD Segments. It can support up to 4 general-purpose outputs to control LED devices. It can also support key a scan function that detects a maximum of 30 key inputs to reduce PCB wiring and to minimize microcontroller size and cost.
