IRDC3883 Series
Selectable forced continuous conduction mode (FCCM) and diode emulation mode (DE), over current protection with three selectable levels, precision 0.5 V reference voltage, power good, thermal protection, enable input, input under-voltage lockout for proper start-up, internal LDO and pre-bias start-up.
