BTS428L2 Series
BTS428L2ATMA1 is an one-channel, smart high-side power switch. It is an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with a charge pump, ground-referenced CMOS compatible input, and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated into Smart SIPMOS® technology. It provides embedded protective function. The application includes µC compatible high side power switch with diagnostic feedback for 5V, 12V, and 24V grounded loads, all types of resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, most suitable for loads with high inrush currents, so as lamps, replace electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits.
