APS1551 Series

APS1551SX is a small size, high speed PhotoIC Coupler With Receiver Circuit IC and capable of creating isolation to protect circuits for high speed communication with a transfer rate of 50 Mbps. The APS1 Series PhotoIC Coupler also has a high noise immunity of 15 kV/µs and an isolation voltage of 3,750Vrms. With proven performance at 105oC maximum operation temperature, this product is ideal for industrial applications. The new APS1 Series uses a Totem Pole (TTL) output logic.
