TLE4793 Series
TLE4973-AE35D5-S0001 provides analog output proportional to the magnetic field measured and over current detection output. Digital control and diagnostic interface provide temp. and safety status readout, read/write progr. access to internal EEPROM, control of diagnosis mode. Infineon’s Hall technology enables accurate and highly linear measures. Its measurement range allows to sense currents w/o neg. effects, like hysteresis or saturation.
