The AMPLIMITE HDP-20 series high-density Connector with crimp-type contacts. The connector is designed for rear insertion and extraction of size 20, precision formed contacts. This connector features steel shells and black polymer inserts with plastic contact retention tines. It comes in a variety of sizes for production needs and is adaptable to a variety of mounting and hardware requirements. Using a keystone mating face configuration, this connector incorporates multiple polarization and mating alignment features, allowing flexibility in system design. The plug connector has an integral hood which protects the inserted pin contacts. The cavity rows are number-coded for convenience. This connector accepts a contact with a wire size range of 28 to 18AWG.
