PVT312 Series
250 V, 170 mA AC/300 mA DC single-polePhotovoltaic Relayin a 6-pinDIP Package. This normally opensolid-state relaycan replace electromechanical relays in many applications. This SSR is specifically designed for telecom applications but can also be used in other applications. PVT312L employs an active currentlimiting circuitry enabling it to withstand current surge transients.
