TOP264 Series

The TOP264VG is a 21W integrated Off-Line Switcher with EcoSmart™ technology for highly efficient power supplies. This enhanced EcoSmart™ switcher incorporates a 725V power MOSFET, high-voltage switched current source, multi-mode PWM control and oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, fault protection and other control circuitry onto a monolithic device.
