TSB712Precision, 6 MHz, RR IO, 36 V BiCMOS operational amplifier | Amplifiers | 1 | Active | The TSB711, TSB711A, TSB712 and TSB712A 6 MHz bandwidth amplifiers feature rail-to-rail input and output, which is guaranteed to operate from +2.7 V to +36 V single supply as well as from ±1.35 V to ±18 V dual supplies.
These amplifiers have the advantage of offering a large span of supply voltage and an excellent input offset voltage of 300 µV maximum at 25 °C.
The combination of wide bandwidth, slew rate, low noise, rail-to-rail capability and precision makes the TSB711, TSB711A, TSB712 and TSB712A useful in a wide variety of applications such as: filters, power supply and motor control, actuator driving, hall effect sensors and resistive transducers. |

TSB952High bandwidth (52 MHz), rail-to-rail output, 36 V op amp | Linear | 1 | Active | The TSB951 and TSB952 are high-speed operational amplifier featuring an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. They also have an excellent speed/current consumption ratio because they are 52 MHz gain bandwidth products, consuming less than 3.3 mA per channel at 36 V supply voltage.
The TSB951 and TSB952 operate over a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +125 °C, making these devices ideal for industrial and automotive applications with the associated qualification.
Thanks to their small package size, the TSB951 and TSB952 can be used in applications where space on the board is limited. It can thus reduce the overall cost of the PCB. |

TSC102High side current sense amplifier plus signal conditioning amplifier | Linear | 1 | Active | The TSC102 measures a small differential voltage on a high-side shunt resistor and translates it into a ground-referenced output voltage.
The device’s wide input common-mode voltage range, low quiescent current and tiny TSSOP8 packaging enable use in a wide variety of applications (also available in SO8 package).
The input common-mode and power supply voltages are independent. The common-mode voltage can range from 2.8 to 30 V in operating conditions.
The TSC102 is rugged against abnormal conditions on the input pins: Vp and Vm can withstand up to 60 V in case of voltage spikes, as little as -16 V in case of reversed battery, and up to 4 kV in case of electrostatic discharge.
In addition to the current sensing amplifier, the TSC102 offers a fully accessible amplifier for output signal conditioning. The device’s overall current consumption is lower than 420 μA. |
