The BD909 and BD911 are silicon Epitaxial-Base NPN power transistors mounted in Jedec TO-220 plastic package. They are intented for use in power linear and switching applications. The complementary PNP types are BD910 and BD912 respectively.

The BDW93C is a silicon Epitaxial-Base NPN power transistor in monolithic Darlington configuration mounted in Jedec TO-220 plastic package. It is intented for use in power linear and switching applications. The complementary PNP type is BDW94C. Also BDW94B is a PNP type.

The BDW93CFP is a silicon Epitaxial-Base NPN transistor in monolithic Darlington configuration mounted in TO-220FP fully molded insulated package. It is intented for use in power linear and switching applications. The complementary PNP type is the BDW94CFP.

To be used in GNSS receiver, the BPF8089-01SC6 is an integrated RF front-end with input impedance matching circuit to be located between STA8089 and STA8090 low noise amplifier input and the antenna. It embeds a matching network associated with an ESD protection to protect STA8089 and STA8090 LNA input according to EOS and ESD standards. Part of the ASIP product range, this device is packaged in a SOT23-6L and compatible with automatic optical inspection.

Available either in through-hole and surface-mount packages, these devices are suitable for general purpose AC switching. They can be used as an ON/OFF function in applications such as static relays, heating regulation, induction motor starting circuits or for phase control operation in light dimmers and motor speed controllers, etc. The Snubberless versions (BTA, BTB08_xxxxW and T8 series) are specially recommended for use on inductive loads, thanks to their high commutation performance. Logic level versions are designed to interface directly with low power drivers such as Microcontrollers. By using an internal ceramic pad, the BTA series provide voltage insulated tab (rated at 2500 VRMS) in compliance with UL standards (file ref.: E81734).

Available either in through-hole or surface mount packages, the BTA10, BTB10 and T10xx Triac series are suitable for general purpose mains power AC switching. They can be used as ON/OFF function in applications such as static relays, heating regulation or induction motor starting circuit. They are also recommended for phase control operations in light dimmers and appliance motors speed controllers. The Snubberless™ versions (W suffix and T10xx) are especially recommended for use on inductive loads, because of their high commutation performance. By using an internal ceramic pad, the Snubberless™ series provide an insulated tab (rated at 2500 VRMS) complying with UL standards (file reference: E81734).
