TS274Micropower, wide range of input offset voltage | Linear | 5 | Active | The TS274 devices are low cost, quad operational amplifiers designed to operate with single or dual supplies. These operational amplifiers use the ST silicon gate CMOS process giving an excellent consumption-speed ratio. These series are ideally suited for low consumption applications.
Three power consumptions are available thus offering the best consumption-speed ratio for your application:ICC= 10μA/amp.: TS27L4 (very low power)ICC= 150μA/amp.: TS27M4 (low power)ICC= 1mA/amp.: TS274 (standard)
These CMOS amplifiers offer very high input impedance and extremely low input currents. The major advantage versus JFET devices is the very low input currents drift with temperature (see Figure 5 on page 6).
For enhanced features of TS274, in particular rail-to-rail capability and low offset voltage, two new families, TSV91x and TSV99x will better suit low voltage applications. |
TS27L2Micropower, high voltage CMOS op-amp | Linear | 4 | Active | These devices are low cost, low power dual operational amplifiers designed to operate with single or dual supplies. These operational amplifiers use the ST silicon gate CMOS process allowing an excellent consumption-speed ratio. These series are ideally suited for low consumption applications.
Three power consumptions are available allowing to have always the best consumption-speed ratio:ICC= 10µA/amp.: TS27L2 (very low power)ICC= 150µA/amp.: TS27M2 (low power)ICC= 1mA/amp.: TS272 (standard)
These CMOS amplifiers offer very high input impedance and extremely low input currents. The major advantage versus JFET devices is the very low input currents drift with temperature (see figure 2). |

TS3011Rail-to-rail high-speed comparator | Linear | 3 | Active | The TS3011 single comparator features a high-speed response time with rail-to-rail inputs. Specified for a supply voltage of 2.2 to 5 V, this comparator can operate over a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 125 °C.
The TS3011 offers micropower consumption as low as a few hundred microamperes, thus providing an excellent ratio of power consumption current versus response time.
The TS3011 includes push-pull outputs and is available in tiny packages to overcome space constraints. |
TS3021ARail-to-rail 1.8 V high-speed comparator, small input offset voltage | Comparators | 3 | Active | The TS3021, TS3021A single comparator features high-speed response time with rail-to-rail inputs. With a supply voltage specified from 2 to 5 V, this comparator can operate over a wide temperature range: -40 °C to 125 °C.
The TS3021, TS3021A comparator offers micropower consumption as low as a few tens of microamperes thus providing an excellent ratio of power consumption current versus response time.
The TS3021, TS3021A includes push-pull outputs and is available in small packages (SOT23-5 and SC70-5). |
