BD9394EFV is a high efficiency driver for white LEDs and designed for large LCDs. This IC is built-in a boost DCDC converters that employ an array of LEDs as the light source. BD9394FP has some protect function against fault conditions, such as the over-voltage protection (OVP), the over current limit protection of DCDC (OCP), the short circuit protection (SCP), the open detection of LED string. Therefore BD9394EFV is available for the fail-safe design over a wide range output voltage.

BD9397EFV is a high efficiency driver for white LEDs and designed for large LCD panel. This IC is built-in high current drive and high responsibility type 6ch LED drivers and 1ch boost DCDC converter. BD9397EFV has some protect function against fault conditions, such as the over-voltage protection (OVP), LED OPEN and SHORT protection, the over current limit protection of DCDC (OCP). Therefore BD9397EFV is available for the fail-safe design over a wide range output voltage.

BD93F10MWV is a full function USB Type-C Power Delivery (PD) Controller that supports USB PD using base-band communication. It is compatible with USB Type-C specification and Power Delivery specification. BD93F10MWV includes support for the PD policy engine and communicates with an Embedded Controller or the SoC via host interface.

BD94062F is a high efficiency driver for white LEDs and designed for large LCDs. BD94062F has a built-in quasi-resonant(QR) control method DCDC converter and continuous current mode(CCM) DCDC converter that can supply appropriate voltage to the light source of LEDs series array. By external current detection resistance, it achieves a power supply design with high flexibility.
