Prysmian Group is a multinational company headquartered in Milan, Italy, and the world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry. With 112 manufacturing plants, 25 research and development centers, and 30,000 employees in over 50 countries, Prysmian delivers the highest quality cable products for virtually any application.
The company produces underground and submarine cables for electricity transmission and distribution, specialized cables for industrial applications, and medium- and low-voltage cables for construction and infrastructure. For telecommunications, Prysmian manufactures copper cables, optical cables, and optical fiber cables for data, video, and voice transmission. The company invests more than EUR 100 million annually in research and development.
