The NL3HS3124A is a 2 channel, 2−to−1 differential multiplexer /demultiplexer for USB 3.0, PCI Express Generation 3, or other high−speed serial interface applications. The NL3HS3124A can switch two differential signals to one of two locations. The device has minimal channel−to−channel skew as well as minimal channel−to−channel crosstalk, making the device ideal for high−speed serialinterface applications.

The NL3S2223 is a DPDT switch optimized for high−speed USB 2.0 applications within portable systems. It features ultra−low on capacitance, CON = 7.5 pF (typ), and a bandwidth above 950MHz. It is optimized for applications that use a single USB interface connector to route multiple signal types. The CON and RON of both channels are suitably low to allow the NL3S2223 to pass any speed USB data or audio signals going to a moderately resistive terminal such as an external headset.

The NL3S22AH is a double-pole/double-throw (DPDT) analog switch for routing high speed differential data and audio. The differential channels are compliant with High Speed USB 2.0, Full Speed USB 1.1, Low Speed USB 1.0 and any generic UART protocol. The multi−purpose audio path is capable of passing signals with negative voltages as low as 3V below ground and features shunt resistors to reduce Pop and Click noise in the audio system. For the NL3S22AH, the audio path (AUDP/AUDN) will be selected with SEL=0 with the device enabled (EN = 1). For the NL3S22UH, the high speed data path (HDP/HDN) will be selected with SEL=0 with the device enabled (EN = 1).

The NL3S588 is a single supply, bidirectional, double−pole/double−throw (DPDT) switch suitable for both hi−fidelity audio and high−speed data applications. The NL3S588 features ultra-low distortion, high OFF−Isolation analog switches that can pass analog signals that are positive and negative with respect to ground. It is targeted at consumer and professional DC−coupled GND−referenced audio switching applications such as computer sound cards and home theater products. The NL3S588 may also be used in high−speed differential datarouting applications. Both channels are USB 2.0−compliant.

The NL5S4157 is a low RON SPDT analog switch. The device is designed for low operating voltage, high current switching of speaker output for mobile applications. It can switch a balanced stereo output. It can handle a balanced microphone/speaker/ringtone generator in monophone mode.

The NL5S4257B and NL5S4257C are 5 Ω SPDT analog switches with soft−start feature. The devices are designed for a wide operating voltage range.

The NL7SZ19 is a 1-to-2 decoder. When the output enable (EB) is Low, the device passes data at input A to outputs Y0 (true) and Y1 (complement). The NL7SZ19 can also be used as a 1 to 2 demultiplexer. As a demultiplexer, data at input EB is routed to either Y0 or Y1 depending on the state of A. The device operates over the voltage range from 1.65 V to 5.5 V. The device is fabricated in sub-micron CMOS for high speed and fast decode times. Both inputs and outputs are in high impedance state, when supply voltage is powered down. Both inputs are tolerant of voltages up to 5.5 V, regardless of operating voltage. This device is suitable for low power decoding in a variety of applications.

The NL7SZ57 is an advanced high-speed CMOS multifunction gate. The device allows the user to choose logic functions AND, OR, NAND, NOR, XNOR, INVERT and BUFFER. The device has Schmitt-trigger inputs, thereby enhancing noise immunity.The NL7SZ57 input and output structures provide protection when voltages up to 5.5 V are applied, irregardless of the supply voltage.
