NCP454962-Channel High-Side Power Monitor, 28V | Power Management (PMIC) | 1 | Active | The NCP45496 is a high-performance monolithic IC that monitors the power on two high-voltage power supplies simultaneously. The voltage and current on each bus are measured and converted to a power signal that is output as a high-accuracy current. The power of multiple busses may be summed by connecting the power current signals (IPWRx). The power signal is also sampled by an internal ADC and made available over an SVID bus. The NCP45496 is also equipped with a low-latency open-drain ALARM signal that is produced by comparing the power of each bus to its individual threshold level, programmable over the SVID bus. If either bus exceeds the programmed power threshold, the low-latency ALARM signal will be pulled low. |
NCP45520Load Switch, Integrated, ecoSWITCH™, 11.5 A, Fault Protection | PMIC | 1 | Active | The ecoSWITCH™ NCP45520, NCP45521 series of load management devices provide a component and area-reducing solution for efficient power domain switching with inrush current limit via soft start. In addition to integrated control functionality with ultra low on-resistance these devices offer additional system safeguards and monitoring via fault protection and power good signaling. This cost effective solution is ideal for power management and hot-swap applications requiring low power consumption in a small footprint. |
