FSUSB20 is a low power high bandwidth switch specially designed for switching High Speed USB 2.0 signals in handset and consumer applications such as cell phones, digital cameras, and notebooks with hubs or controllers with limited USB I/Os. The wide bandwidth (>720MHz) of this switch allows signals to pass with minimum edge and phase distortion. Superior channel-to-channel crosstalk results in minimal interference. It is compatible with the High Speed USB2.0 standard.

The FSUSB31 is a low-power, single-port, high-speed USB 2.0 switch. This part is configured as a double-pole, single-throw switch and is optimized for switching or isolating a high-speed (480Mbps) source or a high-speed and full-speed (12Mbps) source. The FSUSB31 is compatible with the requirements of USB2.0 and features an extremely low on capacitance (CON) of 3.7pF. The wide bandwidth of this device (>720MHz) exceeds the bandwidth needed to pass the third harmonic, resulting in signals with minimum edge and phase distortion. Superior channel-to-channel crosstalk minimizes interference. The FSUSB31 contains special circuitry on the D+ / D- pins that allows the device to withstand an over-voltage condition. This device is also designed to minimize current consumption even when the control voltage applied to the /OE pin is lower than the supply voltage (VCC). This feature is especially valuable for mobile applications, such as cell phones, allowing direct interface with the general-purpose I/Os of the baseband processor. Other applications include port isolation and switching in portable cell phones, PDAs, digital cameras, printers, and notebook computers.

The FSUSB40 is a bi-directional, low-power, two-port, Hi-Speed, USB2.0 switch. Configured as a double-pole, double-throw switch (DPDT) switch, it is optimized for switching between two Hi-Speed (480Mbps) sources or a Hi-Speed and Full-Speed (12Mbps) source.The FSUSB40 is compatible with the requirements of USB2.0 and features an extremely low on capacitance (CON) of 5.5pF. The wide bandwidth of this device (720MHz) exceeds the bandwidth needed to pass the third harmonic, resulting in signals with minimum edge and phase distortion. It is optimized for switching among three high-speed (480Mbps) sources or any combination of high-speed and full-speed (12Mbps) USB sources, such as an application processor, to one USB 2.0 connector.The FSUSB63 has a break-before-make time to force reenumeration by the host when switching between different HS USB 2.0 controllers and thus requires minimal software changes.The FSUSB63 is compliant with the requirements of USB 2.0 and features extremely low on capacitance (CON). The wide bandwidth exceeds the requirement to pass the third harmonic, resulting in signals with minimum edge and phase distortion. Superior channel-to-channel crosstalk also minimizes interference.

The FSUSB73 is a bi-directional, low-power, high-speed USB 2.0 3:1 MUX plus one isolation switch. It is optimized for switching three high-speed (480Mbps) or full / low-speed USB / UART sources to one USB 2.0 connector. In addition, the FSUSB73 has an integrated routing USB switch to allow communication between a USB hub and another processor without re-enumeration.

The FSUSB74 is a bi-directional, low-power, high-speed USB 2.0 4:1 MUX. It is optimized for switching from four high-speed (480Mbps) sources or any combination of high-speed and full-/low-speed USB/UART sources to one USB 2.0 connector.
