Nanmac Corporation was established in 1956 by a group of scientists to develop high-performance temperature sensors. Today, Nanmac is a world leader in thermocouples, RTDs, and calibration services, holding multiple patents on temperature sensors, erosion gages, and multi-function sensors.

The company specializes in surface measurement thermocouples with response times in the very low millisecond range, featuring thermocouple junctions positioned exactly at the 2-dimensional end surface of the probe. Their patented self-renewing thermocouples can be machined to any shape and continuously renew their own junction while being eroded, with useful ranges exceeding the melting point of stainless steel (2,550°F).
