Microchip IS187xSF BLE SoCs are designed for app enabled accessories and IoT applications. Operating in the 2.4GHz ISM band radio, the IS187xSF are certified to Bluetooth core specification version 5.0. It also supports Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) compliant encryption support for secure data connections. Customers can finish their design easily and efficiently. IS187xSF SOC combine transceiver and baseband function to decrease the external components. In addition, the free Bluetooth stack firmware is provided for these products to become embedded Bluetooth LE solution. For portable and wearable applications, the product optimized power design helps to minimize current consumption for extending battery life and narrow down the package size as small as possible. The IS2083 is a Bluetooth® 5.0 certified dual-mode audio IC. It contains an on-board Bluetooth stack and audio profiles and supports 24-bit/96 kHz high-resolution audio formats to enable high-fidelity wireless audio. An integrated Digital Signal Processor (DSP) decodes AAC and SBC codecs and executes advanced audio and voice processing such as Wide-Band (WB) speech, Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) and Noise Reduction (NR). This platform provides offers flexibility in customizing peripheral settings and DSP functionality with the use of a Windows® operating system-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) configuration tool. This series of high power 50W Zener diodes, JEDEC registered 1N2804B through 1N2846B and 1N4557B through 1N4564B, provide voltage regulation in values from 3.9V to 200V broad range of voltages. They may be operated up to 50W with adequate mounting heat sinking due to their low thermal resistance. These Zeners are also available in JAN, JANTX and JANTXV military qualifications.
