ATA8215Wireless Module-RFA | RF Receivers | 1 | Active | Monolithic RF Receiver IC for the Sub-1GHz smart RF markets, providing lowest power consumption and high sensitivity. Industrial and consumer applications include RF remote control such as garage door openers, smart metering, home automation and building security systems.
The RF Receiver IC provide high sensitivity at -122.5dBm typ. (0.75Kbit/s, FSK, Manchester code, at 433.92MHz) and -125dBm typ. (at 0.5Kbit/s, ASK, Manchester code, at 433.92MHz), respectively.
The ATA8215 achieves low power consumption through its superior blocking capabilities, which eliminate disturbances. With few disturbances, the digital logic is rarely awakened, resulting in a current consumption as low as 9.8mA typ. in receive mode (low-band, 310-318MHz, 418-477MHz, 1.2mA, 21ms cycle, 3-channel polling).
The ATA8215 combines RF functionality with a proven Microchip AVR® microcontroller core. Configuration via the EEPROM enables quick and seamless adaptation to the individual application needs. Programming is done via the SPI - even on-the-fly during operation.

The ATA8350 device’s digital transmitting circuitry ensures maximum flexibility in the generation of UWB pulse signals. The transmitter is able to:
• Generate accurate pulse durations ranging from less than 1 ns to more than 10 ns with controlled envelope shape
• Generate a carrier frequency between 6.2 GHz and 7.8GHz

The ATA8350 Front-end (FE) receiver provides an excellent sensitivity to guarantee a superior link budget for the RF communication. The digital base band signal processing unit ensures a highly stable sub nanosecond Time-of-Flight (ToF) measurement. The ATA8350 includes a MAC layer for secure distance-bounding measurement and data communication for proximity-based access control. The layer can be configured to ensure different degrees of security.

The ATA8352 includes a MAC layer for secure distance-bounding measurement and data communication for proximity-based access control. The layer can be configured to ensure different degrees of security while providing a sufficient number of distance measurements to be run in one secure access control session.
