AZV3001 is a single channel comparator developed for new generation low-power comparator family for battery powered devices and systems requiring low voltage operation. The supply current each comparator typically consumes is 6μA to extend battery life. It is guaranteed to operate at a low voltage of 1.6V and is fully operational up to 5.5V. These features make the AZV3001 convenient for use in 1.8V, 3.0V and 5.0V systems and perfectly suitable for battery-powered devices from its low-power characteristics.The AZV3001 has complementary push-pull output stage comprised of P- and N-Channel MOSFET for each comparator capable of driving rail-to-rail output swing.The whole family is packaged in miniaturized packaging to reduce the space needed on PCB boards. The AZV3001 is available in X2-DFN1410-6.

The AZV358 is dual low voltage (2.7-5.5V) operational amplifiers which have rail-to-rail output swing capability. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground. The chip exhibits excellent speed-power ratio, achieving 1MHz of bandwidth and 1V/?s of slew rate with low supply current. The AZV358 is built with BiCMOS process. It has bipolar input and output stages for improved noise performance, low input offset voltage and higher output current drive. AZV358 is available in the package of TSSOP-8 and MSOP-8. The small packages save space on pc boards, and enable the design of small portable electronic devices. It also allows the designer to place the device closer to the signal source to reduce noise pickup and increase signal integrity. AZV358 is also available in standard SOIC-8 package.

The AZV5001 is a low power and cost effective headset detection IC with a comparator with internal hysteresis, OR gate, and N−channel MOSFET integrated designed to detect the assertion of a headset with a microphone. Pull−up resistors for the detection pins are internalized, a built in resistor divider provides the reference voltage for detecting the left audio channel. The logic low output of the OR gate indicates the headset has been connected properly.
