LT1819400MHz, 2500V/μs, 9mA Dual Operational Amplifiers | Linear | 2 | Active | The LT1818/LT1819 are single/dual wide bandwidth, high slew rate, low noise and distortion operational amplifiers with excellent DC performance. The LT1818/LT1819 have been designed for wider bandwidth and slew rate, much lower input offset voltage and lower noise and distortion than devices with comparable supply current. The circuit topology is a voltage feedback amplifier with the excellent slewing characteristics of a current feedback amplifier. The output drives a 100Ω load to ±3.8V with ±5V supplies. On a single 5V supply, the output swings from 1V to 4V with a 100Ω load connected to 2.5V. The amplifier is unity-gain stable with a 20pF capacitive load without the need for a series resistor. Harmonic distortion is –85dBc up to 5MHz for a 2VP-Poutput at a gain of 2.The LT1818/LT1819 are manufactured on our advanced low voltage complementary bipolar process. The LT1818 (single op amp) is available in TSOT-23 and SO-8 packages; the LT1819 (dual op amp) is available in MSOP-8 and SO-8 packages.ApplicationsWideband AmplifiersBuffersActive FiltersVideo and RF AmplificationCommunication ReceiversCable DriversData Acquisition Systems |
LT1880SOT-23, Rail-to-Rail Output, Picoamp Input Current Precision Op Amp | Linear | 3 | Active | The LT1880 op amp brings high accuracy input performance and rail-to-rail output swing to the SOT-23 package. Input offset voltage is trimmed to less than 150μV and the low drift maintains this accuracy over the operating temperature range. Input bias current is an ultralow 900pA maximum. The amplifier works on any total power supply voltage between 2.7V and 36V (fully specified from 5V to ±15V). Output voltage swings to within 55mV of the negative supply and 250mV of the positive supply, which makes the amplifier a good choice for low voltage single supply operation.Slew rates of 0.4V/μs with a supply current of 1.2mA give superior response and settling time performance in a low power precision amplifier. The LT1880 is available in a 5-lead SOT-23 package.ApplicationsThermocouple AmplifiersBridge Transducer ConditionersInstrumentation AmplifiersBattery-Powered SystemsPhotocurrent Amplifiers |

Input bias currents and capacitive load driving capabilities are superior to the similar LT1884 and LT1885 amplifiers, at the cost of a slight loss in speed. Input offset voltage is trimmed to less than 50µV and the low drift maintains this accuracy over the operating temperature range. Input bias currents are an ultralow 200pA maximum. The amplifiers work on any total power supply voltage between 2.7V and 36V (fully specified from 5V to ±15V). Output voltage swings to within 40mV of the negative supply and 220mV of the positive supply make these amplifiers good choices for low voltage single supply operation.Capacitive loads up to 1000pF can be driven directly in unity-gain follower applications. The dual LT1881 and LT1881A are available with standard pinouts in S8 and PDIP packages. The quad LT1882 is in a 14-pin SO package. LT1910Protected High Side MOSFET Driver | PMIC | 2 | Active | The LT1910 is a high side gate driver that allows the use of low cost N-channel power MOSFETs for high side switching applications. It contains a completely self-contained charge pump to fully enhance an N-channel MOSFET switch with no external components. When the internal drain comparator senses that the switch current has exceeded the preset level, the switch is turned off and a fault flag is asserted. The switch remains off for a period of time set by an external timing capacitor and then automatically attempts to restart. If the fault still exists, this cycle repeats until the fault is removed, thus protecting the MOSFET. The fault flag becomes inactive once the switch restarts successfully. The LT1910 has been specifically designed for harsh operating environments such as industrial, avionics and automotive applications where poor supply regulation and/or transients may be present. The device will not sustain damage from supply transients of –15V to 60V.The LT1910 is available in the SO-8 package.ApplicationsIndustrial ControlAvionics SystemsAutomotive SwitchesStepper Motor and DC Motor ControlElectronic Circuit Breaker |
LT191236V, 2A, 500kHz Step-Down Switching Regulator | Power Management (PMIC) | 3 | Active | The LT1912 is an adjustable frequency (200kHz to 500kHz) monolithic step-down switching regulator that accepts input voltages up to 36V. A high efficiency 0.25Ω switch is included on the die along with a boost Schottky diode and the necessary oscillator, control and logic circuitry. Current mode topology is used for fast transient response and good loop stability. The LT1912 allows the use of ceramic capacitors resulting in low output ripple while keeping total solution size to a minimum. The low current shutdown mode reduces input supply current to less than 1μA while a resistor and capacitor on the RUN/SS pin provide a controlled output voltage ramp (soft-start). The LT1912 is available in 10-pin MSOP and 3mm × 3mm DFN packages with exposed pads for low thermal resistance.ApplicationsAutomotive Battery RegulationSet-Top BoxDistributed Supply RegulationIndustrial SuppliesWall Transformer Regulation |
