LT1336Half-Bridge N-Channel Power MOSFET Driver with Boost Regulator | PMIC | 3 | Active | The LT1336 is a cost effective half-bridge N-channel power MOSFET driver. The floating driver can drive the topside N-channel power MOSFETs operating off a high voltage (HV) rail of up to 60V (absolute maximum). In PWM operation an on-chip switching regulator maintains charge in the bootstrap capacitor even when approaching and operating at 100% duty cycle. The internal logic prevents the inputs from turning on the power MOSFETs in a half-bridge at the same time. Its unique adaptive protection against shoot-through currents eliminates all matching requirements for the two MOSFETs. This greatly eases the design of high efficiency motor control and switching regulator systems.During low supply or start-up conditions, the undervoltage lockout actively pulls the driver outputs low to prevent the power MOSFETs from being partially turned on. The 0.5V hysteresis allows reliable operation even with slowly varying supplies.ApplicationsPWM of High Current Inductive LoadsHalf-Bridge and Full-Bridge Motor ControlSynchronous Step-Down Switching Regulators3-Phase Brushless Motor DriveHigh Current Transducer DriversClass D Power Amplifiers |
LT1339High Power Synchronous DC/DC Controller | DC DC Switching Controllers | 3 | Active | The LT1339 is a high power synchronous current mode switching regulator controller. The IC drives dual N-channel MOSFETs to create a single IC solution for high power DC/DC converters in applications up to 60V.The LT1339 incorporates programmable average current limiting, allowing accurate limiting of DC load current independent of inductor ripple current. The IC also incorporates user-adjustable slope compensation for minimization of magnetics at duty cycles up to 90%.The LT1339 timing oscillator operating frequency is programmable and can be synchronized up to 150kHz. Minimum off-time operation provides main switch protection. The IC also incorporates a soft start feature that is gated by both shutdown and undervoltage lockout conditions. An output phase reversal pin allows flexibility in configuration of converter types, including inverting and negative topologies.Applications48V Telecom Power SuppliesPersonal Computers and PeripheralsDistributed Power ConvertersIndustrial Control SystemsLead-Acid Battery Backup SystemsAutomotive and Heavy Equipment |
LT13415V RS232 Transceiver with One Receiver Active in SHUTDOWN | Interface | 3 | Active | The LT1341 is an advanced low power three-driver, five-receiver RS232 transceiver. Included on the chip is a shutdown pin for reducing supply current to near zero. During shutdown one receiver remains active to detect incoming RS232 signals, for example, to wake up a system. All other receivers and the drivers assume high impedance states during shutdown. The driver disable function provides additional control of operating mode. When driver disable is high the charge pump and drivers turn off. Receivers continue to operate during driver disable.New ESD structures on the chip allow the LT1341 to survive multiple ±10kV strikes, eliminating the need for costly TransZorbs®on the RS232 line pins. The LT1341 is fully compliant with all EIA RS232 specifications and operates in excess of 120kbaud even driving heavy capacitive loads.ApplicationsNotebook ComputersPalmtop Computers |
LT13425V RS232 Transceiver with 3V Logic Interface | Drivers, Receivers, Transceivers | 4 | Active | The LT1342 is an advanced low power three-driver, five-receiver RS232 transceiver. The LT1342 operates from a 5V supply and a 3V logic supply. Receiver outputs can interface directly to 3V logic circuits. Included on the chip is a shutdown pin for reducing supply current to near zero. All receivers and drivers assume high impedance states during shutdown. The driver disable function provides additional control of operating mode. When driver disable is high the charge pump and drivers turn off. LT1351250µA, 3MHz, 200V/µs Operational Amplifier | Instrumentation, Op Amps, Buffer Amps | 2 | Active | The LT1351 is a low power, high speed, high slew rate operational amplifier with outstanding AC and DC performance. The LT1351 features lower supply current, lower input offset voltage, lower input bias current and higher DC gain than devices with comparable bandwidth. The circuit combines the slewing performance of a current feedback amplifier in a true operational amplifier with matched high impedance inputs. The high slew rate ensures that the large-signal bandwidth is not degraded. The amplifier is a single gain stage with outstanding settling characteristics which make the circuit an ideal choice for data acquisition systems. The output drives a 1kΩ load to ±13V with ±15V supplies and a 500Ω load to ±3.4V on ±5V supplies. The amplifier is also stable with any capacitive load which makes it useful in buffer or cable driver applications. The LT1351 is a member of a family of fast, high performance amplifiers using this unique topology and employing advanced complementary bipolar processing. For dual and quad amplifier versions of the LT1351 see the LT1352/LT1353 data sheet. For higher bandwidth devices with higher supply current see the LT1354 through LT1365 data sheets.
