ADR225High Temperature, Low Drift, Micropower, 2.5V Reference | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 1 | Active | The ADR225 is a precision 2.5 V band gap voltage reference specified for a high temperature operation of 175°C and 210°C. It uses a micropower core topology and laser trimming of highly stable, thin film resistors to achieve a temperature coefficient of 30 ppm/°C (maximum) up to 175°C and an initial accuracy of 0.4% (±10 mV maximum). A maximum operating current of 50 µA and a low dropout voltage allow the ADR225 to function very well in battery-powered equipment. The ADR225 voltage reference is offered in an 8-lead SOIC package with an operating temperature range of −40°C to +175°C.It is also available in an 8-lead ceramic flat pack (FLATPACK) with an operating temperature range of −40°C to +210°C. Both devices are designed for robustness at extreme temperatures and are qualified for 1000 hours of operation at the maximum temperature rating. The ADR225 is a member of a growing series of high temperature qualified products offered by Analog Devices, Inc. For a complete selection table of the available high temperature products, see the high temperature product list and qualification data available at www.analog.com/hightemp.ApplicationsDown-hole drilling and instrumentationAvionicsHeavy industrialHigh temperature environments |

ADR291Low Noise Micropower Precision Voltage Reference (2.5 V) | PMIC | 11 | Active | The ADR291 and ADR292 are low noise, micropower precision voltage references that use an XFET®reference circuit. The new XFET architecture offers significant performance improvements over traditional band gap and buried Zener-based references. Improvements include one quarter the voltage noise output of band gap references operating at the same current, very low and ultralinear temperature drift, low thermal hysteresis, and excellent long-term stability. The ADR291/ADR292 family is a series of voltage references providing stable and accurate output voltages from supplies as low as 2.8 V for the ADR291. Output voltage options are 2.5 V and 4.096 V for the ADR291 and ADR292, respectively.Quiescent current is only 12 μA, making these devices ideal for battery-powered instrumentation. Three electrical grades are available offering initial output accuracies of ±2 mV, ±3 mV, and ±6 mV maximum for the ADR291, and ±3 mV, ±4 mV, and ±6 mV maximum for the ADR292. Temperature coefficients for the three grades are 8 ppm/°C, 15 ppm/°C, and 25 ppm/°C maximum, respectively. Line regulation and load regulation are typically 30 ppm/V and 30 ppm/mA, maintaining the reference’s overall high performance. For a device with 5.0 V output, refer to the ADR293 data sheet. The ADR291 and ADR292 references are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. Devices are available in the 8-lead SOIC, 8-lead TSSOP, and 3-lead TO-92 packages.APPLICATIONSPortable instrumentationPrecision reference for 3 V and 5 V systemsAnalog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converter referenceSolar-powered applicationsLoop-current-powered instruments |

ADR293Low Noise, Micropower 5.0 V Precision Voltage Reference | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 10 | Active | The ADR293 is a low noise, micropower precision voltage reference that utilizes an XFET®(eXtra implanted junction FET) reference circuit. The XFET architecture offers significant performance improvements over traditional band gap and buried Zener-based references. Improvements include one quarter the voltage noise output of band gap references operating at the same current, very low and ultralinear temperature drift, low thermal hysteresis, and excellent long-term stability. The ADR293 is a series voltage reference providing stable and accurate output voltage from a 6.0 V supply. Quiescent current is only 15 μA maximum, making this device ideal for battery powered instrumentation. The temperature coefficient is 30 ppm/°C maximum over the military temperature range, and the initial error is only 0.2% at 25°C. Line regulation and load regulation are typically 70 ppm/V and 30 ppm/mA, respectively, maintaining the reference’s overall high performance. The ADR293 is specified over the military temperature range of –55°C to +125°C. This device is available in an 8-lead TSSOP package. The ADR293-EP support defense and aerospace applications (AQEC).APPLICATIONSPortable instrumentationPrecision reference for 5 V systemsADC and DAC referenceSolar-powered applications |
