LT6107High Temperature High Side Current Sense Amp in SOT-23 | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 2 | Active | The LT6107 is a versatile high side current sense amplifier designed for operation over a wide temperature range. Design flexibility is provided by the excellent device characteristics: 250μV maximum offset and 40nA maximum input bias current. Gain for each device is set by two resistors and allows for accuracy better than 1%.The LT6107 monitors current via the voltage across an external sense resistor (shunt resistor). Internal circuitry converts input voltage to output current, allowing for a small sense signal on a high common mode voltage to be translated into a ground referenced signal. The low DC offset allows for monitoring very small sense voltages. As a result, a small valued shunt resistor can be used, which minimizes the power loss in the shunt. The wide 2.7V to 44V input voltage range, high accuracy and wide operating temperature range make the LT6107 ideal for automotive, industrial and power management applications. The very low power supply current of the LT6107 also makes it suitable for low power and battery operated applications. For applications not requiring the wide temperature range, see the LT6106.ApplicationsCurrent Shunt MeasurementBattery MonitoringPower ManagementMotor ControlLamp MonitoringOvercurrent and Fault Detection |

LT6109High Side Current Sense Amplifier with Reference and Comparators | Special Purpose Amplifiers | 4 | Active | The LT6109 is a complete high side current sense device that incorporates a precision current sense amplifier, an integrated voltage reference and two comparators. Two versions of the LT6109 are available. The LT6109-1 has the comparators connected in opposing polarity and the LT6109-2 has the comparators connected in the same polarity. In addition, the current sense amplifier and comparator inputs and outputs are directly accessible. The amplifier gain and comparator trip points are configured by external resistors. The open-drain comparator outputs allows for easy interface to other system components. The overall propagation delay of the LT6109 is typically only 1.4μs, allowing for quick reaction to overcurrent and undercurrent conditions. The 1MHz bandwidth allows the LT6109 to be used for error detection in critical applications such as motor control. The high threshold accuracy of the comparators, combined with the ability to latch both comparators, ensures the LT6109 can capture high speed events. The LT6109 is fully specified for operation from –40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for industrial and automotive applications. The LT6109 is available in a small 10-lead MSOP.ApplicationsOvercurrent, Undercurrent and Fault DetectionCurrent Shunt MeasurementBattery MonitoringMotor ControlAutomotive Monitoring and ControlRemote SensingIndustrial Control |

LT6200165MHz, Rail-to-Rail Input and Output, 0.95nV/√HzLow Noise, Op Amp Family | Linear | 12 | Active | The LT6200/LT6201 are single and dual ultralow noise, rail-to-rail input and output unity gain stable op amps that feature 0.95nV/√Hznoise voltage. These amplifiers combine very low noise with a 165MHz gain bandwidth, 50V/μs slew rate and are optimized for low voltage signal conditioning systems. A shutdown pin reduces supply current during standby conditions and thermal shutdown protects the part from overload conditions. The LT6200-5/LT6200-10 are single amplifiers optimized for higher gain applications resulting in higher gain bandwidth and slew rate. The LT6200 family maintains its performance for supplies from 2.5V to 12.6V and are specified at 3V, 5V and ±5V.For compact layouts the LT6200/LT6200-5/LT6200-10 are available in the 6-lead ThinSOT™and the 8-pin SO package. The dual LT6201 is available in an 8-pin SO package with standard pinouts as well as a tiny, dual fine pitch leadless package (DFN). These amplifiers can be used as plug-in replacements for many high speed op amps to improve input/output range and noise performance.ApplicationsTransimpedance AmplifiersLow Noise Signal ProcessingActive FiltersRail-to-Rail Buffer AmplifiersDriving A/D Converters |
