LT30221A, 0.9V to 10V, Very Low Dropout Linear Regulator | PMIC | 21 | Active | The LT3022 is a very low dropout voltage (VLDO™) linear regulator that operates from single input supplies down to 0.9V. The device supplies 1A output current with 145mV typical dropout voltage. The LT3022 is ideal for low input voltage to low output voltage applications, providing comparable electrical efficiency to a switching regulator. The regulator optimizes stability and transient response with low ESR ceramic output capacitors as small as 10μF. Other LT3022 features include 0.05% typical line regulation and 0.05% typical load regulation. In shutdown, quiescent current typically drops to 7.5μA. Internal protection circuitry includes reverse-battery protection, current limiting, thermal limiting with hysteresis and reverse-current protection. The LT3022 is available as an adjustable device with an output voltage range down to the 200mV reference. Three fixed output voltages, 1.2V, 1.5V and 1.8V are also offered. The LT3022 regulator is available in the thermally enhanced low profile (0.75mm) 16-lead (5mm × 3mm) DFN and MSOP packages.ApplicationsHigh Efficiency Linear RegulatorsBattery-Powered SystemsLogic SuppliesPost Regulator for Switching SuppliesWireless ModemsFPGA Core Supplies |
LT3023Dual 100mA, Low Dropout, Low Noise, Micropower Regulator | PMIC | 8 | Active | The LT3023 is a dual, micropower, low noise, low dropout regulator. With an external 0.01µF bypass capacitor, output noise drops to 20µVRMSover a 10Hz to 100kHz bandwidth. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the low 20µA quiescent current per channel makes it an ideal choice. In shutdown, quiescent current drops to less than 0.1µA. Shutdown control is independent for each channel, allowing for flexibility in power management. The device is capable of operating over an input voltage from 1.8V to 20V, and can supply 100mA of output current from each channel with a dropout voltage of 300mV. Quiescent current is well controlled in dropout. The LT3023 regulator is stable with output capacitors as low as 1µF. Small ceramic capacitors can be used without the series resistance required by other regulators.Internal protection circuitry includes reverse battery protection, current limiting, thermal limiting and reverse current protection. The device is available as an adjustable device with a 1.22V reference voltage. The LT3023 regulator is available in the thermally enhanced 10-lead MSOP and DFN packages.ApplicationsCellular PhonesPagersBattery-Powered SystemsFrequency SynthesizersWireless Modems |
LT3024Dual 100mA/500mA Low Dropout, Low Noise, Micropower Regulator | PMIC | 8 | Active | The LT3024 is a dual, micropower, low noise, low dropout regulator. With an external 0.01µF bypass capacitor, output noise drops to 20µVRMSover a 10Hz to 100kHz bandwidth. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the low 30µA quiescent current per output makes it an ideal choice. In shutdown, quiescent current drops to less than 0.1µA. Shutdown control is independent for each output, allowing for flexibility in power management. The device is capable of operating over an input voltage range of 1.8V to 20V. The device can supply 100mA of output current from Output 2 with a dropout voltage of 300mV. Output 1 can supply 500mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 300mV. Quiescent current is well controlled in dropout. The LT3024 regulator is stable with output capacitors as low as 1µF for the 100mA output and 3.3µF for the 500mA output. Small ceramic capacitors can be used without the series resistance required by other regulators.Internal protection circuitry includes reverse-battery protection, current limiting, thermal limiting and reverse current protection. The device is available as an adjustable device with a 1.22V reference voltage. The LT3024 regulator is available in the thermally enhanced 16-lead TSSOP and 12-lead, low profile (4mm x 3mm x 0.75mm) DFN packages.ApplicationsCellular PhonesPagersBattery-Powered SystemsFrequency SynthesizersWireless Modems |
