MAX4353Low-Cost, +3V/+5V, 620µA, 200MHz, Single-Supply Op Amps with Rail-to-Rail Outputs | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 1 | Active | The MAX4452/MAX4352 single, MAX4453/MAX4353 dual, and MAX4454/MAX4354 quad amplifiers combine high-speed performance with ultra-low power consumption. The MAX4452/MAX4453/MAX4454 are unity-gain stable and achieve a -3dB bandwidth of 200MHz, while the MAX4352/MAX4353/MAX4354 are compensated for a minimum closed-loop gain of +5V/V and achieve a 80MHz -3dB bandwidth. These devices consume only 620µA of supply current per amplifier. These amplifiers operate from a +2.7V to +5.25V single supply and feature rail-to-rail outputs. Along with an excellent speed/power ratio of 323MHz/mA, these devices feature a slew rate of 95V/µs and fast 20ns rise and fall times. These devices are ideal for low-power/low-voltage systems that require wide bandwidth such as cell phones and keyless entry systems. The MAX4452/MAX4352 are available in miniature 5-pin SC70 and SOT23 packages, while the MAX4453/MAX4353 are available in tiny 8-pin SOT23, thin SOT23, and SO packages. The MAX4454/MAX4354 are available in space-saving 14-pin TSSOP and SO packages.ApplicationsAudio SystemsBaseband ApplicationsBattery-Powered ApplicationsKeyless EntryPortable Communications |

MAX4360Low-Cost 4x4, 8x4, 8x8 Video Crosspoint Switches | Analog Switches - Special Purpose | 3 | Active | The MAX4359/MAX4360/MAX4456 low-cost video crosspoint switches are designed to reduce component count, board space, design time, and system cost. Each contains a matrix of T-switches that connect any of their four (MAX4359) or eight (MAX4360/MAX4456) video inputs to any of their buffered outputs, in any combination. Each matrix output is buffered by an internal, high-speed (250V/µs), unity-gain amplifier that is capable of driving 400Ω and 20pF at 2.6VP-P. For applications requiring increased drive capability, buffer the MAX4359/MAX4360/MAX4456 outputs with the MAX4395 quad, operational amplifier. The MAX4456 has a digitally controlled 8x8 switch matrix and is a low-cost pin-for-pin compatible alternative to the popular MAX456. The MAX4359/MAX4360 are similar to the MAX4456, with the 8x8 switch matrix replaced by a 4x4 (MAX4359) or an 8x4 (MAX4360) switch matrix.Three-state output capability and internal, programmable active loads make it feasible to parallel multiple devices to form larger switch arrays. The inputs and outputs are on opposite sides, and a quiet power supply or digital input line separates each channel, which reduces crosstalk to -70dB at 5MHz. For applications demanding better DC specifications, see the MAX456 8x8 video crosspoint switch.ApplicationsHigh-Speed Signal RoutingSecurity SystemsVideo ConferencingVideo Test EquipmentVideo-on-Demand Systems |
