LTC6563Four-Channel Transimpedance Amplifier with Output Multiplexing | Special Purpose Amplifiers | 4 | Active | The LTC6563 is a low-noise four-channel transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with 600MHz bandwidth. The LTC6563 TIA’s low noise, wide linear range, and low power dissipation are ideal for LIDAR receivers using Avalanche photodiodes (APDs) and photodiodes (PDs). The amplifier features selectable 22.2/16.7/11.1/5.55kΩ Transimpedance gain (RT) and 90μA linear input current range. Using an APD with a total input capacitance of 0.5pF, the input current noise density is 1.8pA/√Hzat 100MHz and 3.7pA/√Hzat 600MHz. The LTC6563 consumes between 194mW and 325mW on a 3.3V supply depending on output mode. An internal 4-to-1 MUX simplifies the system design. In addition, external multiplexing capability allows channel expansion up to 64 channels, saving space and power. Fast overload recovery and fast channel switchover make the LTC6563 well suited for LIDAR receivers with multiple APDs. The built-in high-speed differential ADC driver can swing as much as 2VP-Pwhile driving into 100Ω external differential load. The LTC6563 is packaged in a 3mm × 5mm 24-pin exposed pad QFN package with wettable flanks.APPLICATIONSAutomotive LIDAR ReceiverIndustrial LIDAR Receiver |

On-chip resistors, capacitors, and amplifier bandwidth are trimmed to provide consistent and repeatable filter characteristics. The filter characteristics are pin-strap configurable. Cutoff frequencies range from 5MHz to 27MHz. Gain is pin-strap programmable between –17dB and +17dB.A three-state BIAS pin is provided to adjust amplifier power consumption. Select between low power (50% power reduction), high performance and standby modes with the BIAS pin.The LTC6601 family comes in two options which trade off distortion and noise. The LTC6601-2 offers the lowest distortion at high frequencies. The LTC6601-1 is configured for lowest noise. LTC6603Dual Adjustable Lowpass Filter | Development Boards, Kits, Programmers | 5 | Active | The LTC6603 is a dual, matched, programmable lowpass filter for communications receivers and transmitters. The selectivity of the LTC6603, combined with its linear phase, phase matching and dynamic range, make it suitable for filtering in many communications systems. With 1.5° phase matching between channels, the LTC6603 can be used in applications requiring pairs of matched filters, such as transceiver I and Q channels. Furthermore, the differential inputs and outputs provide a simple interface for most communications systems. The sampled data filter does not require an external clock yet its cutoff frequency can be set with a single external resistor with an accuracy of 3.5% or better. The external resistor programs an internal oscillator whose frequency is divided prior to being applied to the filter networks. This allows up to three cutoff frequencies that can be obtained for each external resistor value, allowing the cutoff frequency to be programmed over a range of more than six octaves. Alternatively, the cutoff frequency can be set with an external clock. The filter gain can also be programmed to 1, 2, 4 or 16.The LTC6603 features a low power shutdown mode that can be programmed through the serial interface and is available in a 24-pin 4mm × 4mm QFN package.ApplicationsSmall/Low Cost Basestations:IDEN, PHS, TD-SCDMA, CDMA2000, WCDMA, UMTSLow Cost Repeaters, Radio Links, and Modems802.11x ReceiversJTRS |
LTC6605Dual Matched 14MHz Filter with Low Noise, Low Distortion Differential Amplifier | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 5 | LTB | The LTC6605-10 contains two independent, fully differential amplifiers configured as matched 2nd order 10MHz lowpass filters. The f–3dBof the filters is adjustable in the range of 9.7MHz to 14MHz.The internal op amps are fully differential, feature very low noise and distortion, and are compatible with 16-bit dynamic range systems.
