Description

The NHPV15S600 is our new Dual 15A 600V Low Reverse Recovery Time Planar-based Ultrafast Rectifier. This new technology allows reduced losses due to low reverse recovery time and low reverse recovery charge. This platform also provides lower noise and better EMI performance. Primary application in CCM PFC applications. Secondary application involves Clamping, Flyback Diode and freewheeling applications.
