Description

This series is not recommended for new designs. Suggests to use SP1124-01UTG for the new designs in near future. This TVS diode is fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology and is used for high level protection of electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). These robust TVS diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact and air discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation. Additionally, SP1124T offers up to 20A 8/20 surge rating with low clamping voltages.
