SP4322-01ETG is specifically designed to protect high-speedinterfaces against ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD), such asDisplayPort interfaces and USB 3.1 Gen 1. The signal line isprotected by low line capacitance of 0.4 pF typical. SP4322-01ETG can absorb repetitive ESD strikes above themaximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 internationalstandard without performance degradation and safelydissipate 11A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2ndedition). Excellent low capacitance, clamping capability, lowleakage, and fast response time make this part an idealsolution for protecting high speed data lines.
