The NL17SZ126 MiniGate™ is a single tri-state Buffer, operating from 1.65 V to 5.5 V, available in either the very popular SC70/SC88a/SOT-353 pacakge or the tiny 1.6 X 1.6 X .6 mm SOT553 package.
